Royal Mail collection
Royal Mail collects the parcel from your address and brings the postage label.
Post Office drop-off
We email you a QR code. Take it with your parcel to a Post Office and they will print the label.
Packaging: We do not currently provide boxes or packing materials. Use your own sturdy box or padded envelope. Reusing a clean box in good condition is encouraged.
What Happens After You Submit
- 1 We review the details and usually reply within 24 hours to confirm whether posting is the right route.
- 2 If approved, choose Royal Mail collection or Post Office drop-off. We send the instructions you need for your chosen option.
- 3 Pack the items securely in your own sturdy box or padded envelope. Royal Mail brings the collection label, or the Post Office prints it from your emailed QR code.
- 4 Once the parcel reaches us, we assess the items and make an offer. You can accept it or have everything returned free of charge.
